Marc-Andre ter Stegen, born April 30, 1992, is a German national footballer currently playing for FC Barcelona as a goalkeeper. In 2009 he was involved in the UEFA European winning team. Under 17 champion Ter Stegen was included in Germany's Euro 2016 squad reaching the semi-finals 2–0 away to hosts France. They competed in the first round of their group as Germany won the tournament. And in May 2018, he was named in Germany's preliminary squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
